I specialize in post-production, using Adobe Premiere Pro as the ‘go to’ software for it. I’ve used PowerEditor, and still like the plain old vanilla Windows Movie Maker, but Premiere Pro wins for both ease of use and features.
For the fishing videos, production begins with John out on the water fishing, filming both storyboarded scenes and b-roll. For food videos, each of us works in the studio. I sift through Free Music Archive for much of my music for them, so if you are a musician and would like to show me your work there, I’d love to hear from you – renee at beachcuisine.com. As there is limited talking and narration to the videos, music becomes key to the overall mood, and without it the videos would look like everyone else’s. We’re different, but that’s just us and we like it that way.
